Triathlon Coach and Sports Therapist, Sophie Whittingham is passionate about helping people be the best they can be. Through her years of helping clients back into sports after injuries, she is aware of how important it is not to overdo training. Alongside Sophie we have running coach Laura Weightman, Strength Coach Emma gage and our nutritionist Emma Keaton.
